Returns and Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes an item may not turn out to be exactly what you needed. If you are not happy with this product, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days.
We like to keep our customers happy so if you have any concerns please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve your issue asap.
Items MUST be returned in original packaging with all instruction manuals and accessories included.
We do not accept responsibility for improper installation or customer modified items. All items must be fitted by qualified personnel or will void warranty.
Returns should include the Order number and a brief note explaining the reason for return, so we can process it faster. We recommend returning with tracking to avoid any loss of item. Returned items must include the box it came in and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on returned items.
If your item is faulty we will aim to exchange/refund it asap, in some case we may request you to return the item for manufacturer testing/inspection, the buyer must pay for this postage and if item is found to defective, we will reimburse any additional postage costs. A 20% restocking fee and postage costs will be deducted for any item found to be non-defective.
From time to time unfortunately items do get lost and damaged in transit, please do not blame us for this, we do not control the actions of Australia Post or the courier drivers, but instead please contact us so we can try to assist in resolving the problem with the freight company.
