We have a seven day return policy. We like to keep our customers happy so if you have any concerns please contact us as soon as possible. Returns need to include the eBay purchase order, contact details and a brief note explaining return, we recommend returning with tracking and insurance to avoid total loss of item. Items must include the box it came in and in re-sale-able condition.
A restocking fee of 20% is applicable for returned items. While we offer free delivery it does come at a cost to us, so if a refund is issued it will be less the delivery cost.

Most of our items are sent with couriers which includes tracking, they cannot deliver to PO Boxes, it will require a signature on arrival, if you are not home they will leave a calling card for you to arrange re-delivery, if you take too long in making contact with them they may return it back to us which will incur a re-delivery fee, which cost is dependant on location.
